In our contemporary societies, we cannot deny the unprivileged position that our bodies occupy, either by:

1 - The conceptual stablishment of a plastic, unreal model of what would be the "perfect body";

2 - Or by the underestimation of the role of the body in the cognitive process.

We believe that the practice of sports, or mindfull body exercises open up new possibilities for action in life and work by helping us develop the state of presence and thus letting go of old concepts that are no longer serving us, or which might even prevent us from achieving our desired objectives in life.

When we in fact inhabit our bodies, we have access to this dimension of simplicity, where things simply are what they are: I 'm here, you're there, finger is finger, knee is knee , shoulder is shoulder, a tree is a tree and ground is ground, whatever the belief system we are immersed in. In other words, inhabiting our bodies, or being in contact with Nature, give us the opportunity of transcending our minds, letting go of the irreality of our conceptual Self and thus bringing us back to simplicity, clarity and humanity, here and now.

1. TRANSFORMATIONAL TENNIS starts with an introduction about the coherence we are in the world: Observer / Action / Results and also Body / Language / Emotions. In our short introduction we also talk about the four general dispositions for actions through which we operate in the world.
  
Openess;
Flexibility;
Resolution
and Stability.


2. After the opening conversation, we practice the different body dispositions in a funny, light and creative Beach Tennis training, which includes a mini Beach Tennis tournament among the participants.

3. We close our sessions with insightful, one-on-one, body-engaged conversations about how to apply what we have learned in specific situations of our lives.

Who: Groups of adults, with or without Beach Tennis experience, who want to have a fun workout, while strengthening their mental skills in order to achieve better results in professional or personal life. This program is suitable for teams in organizations, friends willing to learn together, family members, groups in general.
